After just one bump in the process, which was my fault, I registered with the Spain Service not the Portugal service, support helped me get the correct location and told me which doc were needed to move forward. I had my review and electronic prescription the next day. I had no problem finding a Pharmacy to fill it. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you
